If you are already selling online, you know just how much time and energy logistics challenges can drain. Our top tip? Give One Fulfillment by Allegro a go! By letting the marketplace manage your back-end operations, you free up vital resources. This allows you to implement professional Allegro account management which, combined with lightning-fast delivery, will enable your business to dominate its category and genuinely outpace the competition through top-tier sales quality.
What is One Fulfillment by Allegro?
One Fulfillment by Allegro is a logistics service where you delegate the specific tasks of storing, picking, packing, and dispatching your products directly to Allegro. If you are already familiar with global marketplaces, you can think of it as the platform’s direct equivalent to Amazon FBA. In practice, this means you no longer have to run your own warehouse, pack orders, or arrange transport.
How does it work day-to-day? You simply send your inventory to Allegro’s fulfillment centres, and the platform handles the rest. They store your stock, process the orders, pick and pack them, and dispatch them to your customers. As a result, you save time, eliminate shipping errors, and gain the freedom to focus on scaling your business and driving sales.
One Fulfillment by Allegro is the perfect solution if you want to streamline your operations and ensure that every order is fulfilled quickly and flawlessly. It is also an excellent way to elevate the customer experience, as swift and professional delivery builds trust and drives buyer loyalty.
Costs and fees associated with One Fulfillment by Allegro
Using One Fulfillment by Allegro comes with a variety of costs that need to be factored into your sales strategy. These primarily cover warehousing, packing, and dispatching products to your customers.
The first cost is the storage fee. Allegro charges a daily rate for every day your product sits in their fulfillment centre. The exact amount depends on the size and weight of the item – bulkier and heavier goods incur higher storage costs. Therefore, it is crucial to manage your inventory levels wisely and avoid overstocking slow-moving products.
The second key cost is the pick and pack fee. Every order processed through Allegro Fulfillment generates a charge for preparing the parcel for dispatch. Once again, pricing varies based on the product’s type and dimensions, as well as whether it requires any specialist packaging.
Next is the shipping fee. Allegro works with its own courier partners and charges for the final mile delivery to the customer. This cost is dictated by the chosen delivery method and the parcel’s weight and dimensions. Generally, the larger and heavier the parcel, the higher the shipping cost.
It’s also worth keeping in mind potential additional charges, such as fees for handling returns or customer complaints, if the service provisions for them. These can impact your total One Fulfillment by Allegro bill, so reviewing the service’s terms and conditions and rate card thoroughly is essential.
To sum up, the costs of One Fulfillment by Allegro primarily consist of storage, packing, and shipping fees. When considering this service, you should carefully weigh whether these fees offer better value compared to managing logistics in-house, keeping your sales volume and business model in mind.
Pros and cons of using One Fulfillment by Allegro
Pros of One Fulfillment by Allegro
For international sellers looking to crack the Polish market, one of the biggest advantages of One Fulfillment by Allegro is how it instantly dismantles cross-border logistics barriers. You no longer have to worry about securing local warehouse space, negotiating with Polish couriers, or handling complex international dispatch, because Allegro does the heavy lifting for you locally. This frees you up to focus purely on localising your listings and driving regional business growth.
The service is also highly scalable, making it an ideal launchpad for your expansion. Whether you are just testing the waters with a few flagship product lines or rolling out your entire catalogue, Allegro Fulfillment effortlessly manages surges in order volume. It provides a frictionless way to scale your sales in the CEE region without the upfront risk of investing heavily in a local logistics infrastructure.
Furthermore, it gives you an immediate competitive edge when it comes to customer experience. Polish consumers are incredibly demanding when it comes to delivery times. By dispatching from within Poland, One Fulfillment ensures you meet those high local standards from day one. Fast, hassle-free deliveries lead to better reviews, stronger buyer loyalty, and ultimately, a much healthier bottom line in a brand new market.
Cons of One Fulfillment by Allegro
However, One Fulfillment by Allegro does come with additional costs. Warehousing and dispatching fees apply and can sometimes work out more expensive than in-house logistics, particularly for businesses that already operate their own warehouse space.
By outsourcing your warehousing and dispatch to Allegro, you also lose direct control over how your products are stored and packed. For sellers who pride themselves on managing every single touchpoint, this lack of oversight could feel restrictive.
Another risk is capital tie-up. If your inventory lingers in Allegro’s fulfillment centres for too long, you will rack up additional storage fees. Dead stock means frozen capital that could be better invested elsewhere.
It’s also worth noting that the service operates strictly to its own standards. This means your options for customising parcels – such as using bespoke branded packaging or specific void fill—may be significantly limited.
Lastly, using One Fulfillment means strict compliance with Allegro’s quality and delivery requirements. For some businesses, adapting their operations to meet the platform’s rigorous standards can be a challenge.
How to get started with Allegro Fulfillment?
⚠️ UPDATE (January 2026): The onboarding procedures described below have been significantly simplified. Allegro is currently rolling out full integration of One Fulfillment with the main seller account. This means that during the first quarter of 2026, the requirement to set up a separate account specifically for warehouse management will be entirely phased out. Furthermore, the “Pilot G” scheme has ended, meaning oversized products are now covered under the standard rate card and no longer require special invitations.
First, we recommend familiarising yourself with the One Fulfillment offering and checking the dimensions of the stock you intend to send to the Allegro warehouse. This will help you determine the “plan” your account will operate under. For instance, parcels that do not fit into standard parcel lockers fall under special oversized goods guidelines.
(Optional) If you are dealing with oversized goods, your first step should be to contact an Allegro Fulfillment account manager by raising a ticket via the Allegro portal.
(Optional) The account manager will guide you through the approval process for oversized items.
Important compliance for foreign sellers: If you are a cross-border seller looking to enter the Polish market using One Fulfillment by Allegro, there are critical regulatory requirements you must meet first. Because your stock will be housed in Poland, you are legally required to register for Polish VAT and obtain a Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP). Allegro will strictly verify whether your business is listed on the Polish Ministry of Finance’s “White List of VAT Payers” or has valid local tax standing. Without an active Polish VAT status, you simply cannot use the fulfillment centres or send stock to the warehouse.
To kick things off with Allegro Fulfillment, you previously needed a “fresh” account with no listings or sales history. If you were already selling, you had to set up a new account by clicking the Create new account tile.
You fill in all the required fields, ensuring you enter the exact same NIP (Tax Identification Number) that is linked to your main account.
The system should identify your main account, allowing you to click on Quick setup. This fast-track registration copies all essential data from your main account, such as your returns policy, warranties, and so on.
Next, you need to set up a withdrawal address from the Allegro Warehouse:
https://allegro.pl/rejestracja/konto-firmowe/sprawdz-warunki-sprzedazy-fulfillment
Here, you must provide the details of the location where Allegro should return unsellable products or stock you wish to recall. You will need to supply:
- Recipient / Company name
- Street and building number
- Country
- City / Town
- Postcode
- Phone number
- Additional info for the Allegro Warehouse (optional), e.g., exact warehouse location, maximum vehicle size permitted for access, etc.

The next step is transferring your listings (or creating new ones) from your main account to your Allegro One Fulfillment account. You can do this using the option to copy offers from the main account.
CRITICAL WARNING:
Throughout the entire Allegro One Fulfillment process, EANs (European Article Numbers) play a vital role. The EAN on the physical packaging must exactly match the EAN on the ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) and the EAN on your listings.
Once your listings are transferred or created, it’s time to generate an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN).
Sales > One Fulfillment > Send ASN
Here, you select the exact products you want to send to the Allegro warehouse.

Next, you choose the format in which you will dispatch your products to the fulfillment centre—how many boxes/pallets, or how many units per container.

After that, you specify how the stock will be labelled. You have the option to apply the labels to the outer packaging yourself.

If you are unable to label the stock yourself, Allegro’s warehouse staff can do this for you (subject to an additional fee as per the rate card).
The final step is choosing how you will transport your products to the Allegro warehouse.
- Own transport

- Courier service

- Delivery directly from the manufacturer

Select the method that suits your setup and fill out all the necessary fields with the required information.
And that’s it! All that’s left is to accept the ASN and ship your products to the fulfillment centre.
Should you encounter any issues, every One Fulfillment account is assigned a dedicated account manager who can answer your questions and assist you both via email and over the phone.
Summary
One Fulfillment by Allegro is a solution that can dramatically streamline your logistics, save you countless hours, and elevate your order fulfillment standards. It frees sellers up to focus on scaling operations and nurturing customer relationships. That said, the service does come with associated fees and a loss of direct control over your warehousing – factors that might make it uneconomical or restrictive for some brands.
For foreign companies looking to break into the Polish e-commerce market, One Fulfillment is an incredibly powerful tool that removes the need for local logistics infrastructure. However, you must first ensure your local tax compliance is fully sorted (particularly regarding your Polish VAT and NIP registrations) before you can take advantage of the service.
Therefore, it pays to thoroughly evaluate your business model, margins, and legal readiness before diving in. If you are unsure whether One Fulfillment by Allegro is the right strategic move for your brand, book a free consultation with our experts. We will gladly help you map out your expansion!
