About the customer
Superprofile is a wholesaler and retailer of eave profiles, stair profiles, membranes and accessories related to water drainage from balconies and terraces. It is the official distributor of the Renoplast and Hertalan brands.


Customer Challenges
During the free consultation, we worked out with the client all the challenges that await us:
A niche product without a presence on top marketplaces: The lack of product availability on popular e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay posed a challenge in reaching a wide range of customers.
Building a product base and proper positioning: It was necessary to create an accurate product base, including SKU/EAN codes, product images and descriptions to attract customers.
Lack of brand recognition in the international market: Superprofile needed to build a strong brand position, including registering the brand on marketplaces and creating engaging content such as A+ Content and Brand Story.
Expansion into multiple markets: The challenge of expanding into various European marketplaces, such as Amazon, Kaufland, eMag, Pigu, and cDiscount.
Optimization of advertising campaigns: Need to launch and optimize advertising campaigns in specific markets to increase visibility and sales, while keeping offerings competitive.

Analysis and purpose

Implementation of changes
After setting goals and in-depth analysis, we began implementing the following changes:
Building a product database in Baselinker – each product has an assigned SKU/EAN code and product and lifestyle images
Setting up sales accounts on the following marketplaces
Implementing and building product content
Registration of brands on the marketplace
Creation and optimization of advertising campaigns
Amazon
This is the marketplace from which we started our work. Activities performed:
- Building a listing – we started by creating titles, bullets and generic keywords. We relied on professional store pages, as the products offered were not previously on Amazon and other Marketplaces,
- Brand registration with Brand Registry,
- Creation of A+ Content and Brand Store,
- Creation of advertising campaigns and their subsequent optimization.
The effects of the introduced measures
The main driving force was, of course, the German market, which led the way, but over time the French market joined in.

Other marketplaces
After two months of working on listings on Amazon, we have started operations on Kaufland Marketplace, covering German, Czech and Slovak markets simultaneously. We are also currently busy launching products in new markets – Polish and Austrian.
Another significant Marketplace where we started operations was eMag Romania. The launch of the Bulgarian and Hungarian markets is already planned for the future.
The client expressed a desire to build brand recognition in the EU market, so we created listings on lesser-known sales channels like Pigu (Lithuanian/Latvian/Estonian and Finnish markets), Skroutz (Greek) and cDiscount (French).
Further action plan
- Currently, listings for German eBay are being introduced – listings have been prepared, a draft listing has been created and graphics have been prepared for the store. We will then scale sales to other Ebay markets.
- Scale up DE sales by seeking new advertising opportunities, creating defensive campaigns, and actively incorporating new products into campaigns.
- Scaling sales in other markets besides DE, viz: FR, IT, ES, BE by optimizing bids to include more keywords in titles, bullet points, generic keywords and parallel advertising efforts.

We work with Superprofile all the time, and as a result, we are constantly adapting and optimizing all elements of the sale to the ever-changing conditions for sellers on Amazon’s marketplace.
